The "Mind Blank" page, also known as a 404 error, is usually due to a miscommunication between your web browser and ElectionBuddy's server. They can also occur when the URL being opened is not the correct URL or is temporarily unavailable.
To Try to Solve the Issue:
Refresh your browser page
Close your browser window and reopen it
Open a different browser application (e.g., if you’re using Chrome, switch to Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
Use an incognito or private browser window
Confirm the URL doesn't have spaces or line breaks, or additional characters
Try a different device (e.g., if you’re using a computer, switch to a mobile phone or tablet)
