Vote Boxes are optional organization spaces that better allow an administrator to group their votes into boxes on the Dashboard (like folders on a computer). For example, organize past votes by year, or keep a meeting’s MeetingVotes in one place.
How to Create a Vote Box
From your dashboard, select “Create New” and then Vote Box.
Name the Vote Box and select an organization.
How to Add Votes to a Vote Box
From within the Vote Box
Selecting “Create New” from within the box, will create the vote inside the box. You can also organize previous votes by adding them to a vote box. Remove votes from a Vote Box by selecting the vote, and selecting "Remove from VoteBox".
During the Vote Setup Process
Add votes directly to a Vote Box on the Details Page.
Managing a Vote Box
To access a Vote Box select the title while in the Dashboard of your account.
To Rename a Vote Box, select the Pencil Icon next to the title inside the Vote Box.
To reorder votes inside a Vote Box, select "Reorder Votes" at the top right. Then click on the arrows to Drag the votes into the correct order, and select "Save Order".
To access the vote-specific "Action Menu", select the check box to the left of the vote.
