Voter Contact Information Required for Setup

During vote setup, certain information is required based on the notice delivery methods chosen. This required information helps ensure notices are delivered.

• Email Notice - you'll need a list of voter email addresses
• SMS (Text Message) Notice - you'll need a list of voter cell phone numbers
• Two Factor Authentication (2FA) - voter cell phone numbers are required
• Postal Notices- you'll need a list of your voter postal addresses
• Accommodating Voters Without Email Addresses, you can still use ElectionBuddy by using Create Notices Yourself to share access keys manually
