If you have voters that belong to more than one classification/group, one option would be to create more groups than just the base ones, so, you would create a group for all variations.
While this creates more groups than one would initially expect, it would allow you to be more granular when assigning groups to specific Ballot Questions.
For your voter list, you’ll need to combine some "groups" in order to make very specific groups:
Then, when assigning groups to specific Ballot questions, you would assign them based on part of the group names respectively:
You would then repeat the process until all of your groups and ballot questions are accounted for:
Once done, you can then preview all of your Groups to see which ballot questions are available for the groups that you’ve set up:
