General Pricing Information:
  • * For voter lists over 5,000 in the $599 plan, each additional 500 voters costs $59. For example, if you have 5,500 voters, that’s an extra 500 over the included 5,000, making the total $599 + $59 = $658.
  • ** Postal mailings have an additional cost associated with them. Please reach out for more information
  • *** Automate workflows and track voter engagement in real time using our API and webhooks, allowing you to seamlessly connect ElectionBuddy with your existing systems. Integrations start at $599. See our Integration Page to learn more about our partners.
  • Votes are paid for before the vote starts by credit card. ElectionBuddy accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Pricing is based on the number of voters who are eligible to vote and features used.
    • For example, if a vote with 200 eligible voters only has 50 voters cast ballots, the pricing will be determined by the 200 eligible voters
  • MeetingVote: Pay for each motion individually before starting the vote. MeetingVote Licenses are available for single-day meetings. See MeetingVote prices on our Pricing page
  • Annual Platinum Subscription plans provide discounts for organizations who run multiple votes in a year. The K-12 School Annual Subscription provides huge discounts for K-12 student elections. To learn more, please see our Annual Subscriptions Pricing Page
