Being able to view the ballot from the voter's perspective helps you check for any adjustments that need to be made during setup or in case you need to reference it during the Ready, Running, or Closed stages of your vote.
Viewing the Ballot During Vote Setup
Select one of two Preview Ballot buttons, located at the top and bottom of the Ballot Page.
- Complete the ballot as if you were a voter by making the required selections. This will help you understand the experience your voters will have.
- When Testing the Ballot on the Review Page, you are required to make selections as if you were a voter before selecting "Continue" and “Submit”.
- This is purely a test, so submitting your choices won’t affect the results.
To stop viewing the ballot and return to the Ballot page, select the Close Preview button, located at the top of the Preview Ballot window:
Viewing the Ballot When a Vote is Ready, Running, or Closed
- Go to the Results Page
- Select View Ballot from the Actions drop-down menu:
