Copy Voter List to Other Votes

ElectionBuddy's copy voter list feature allows you to easily copy a voter list from one vote to another or from one vote to multiple votes all at once. This feature is useful when new voters join mid-meeting, or voters leave the meeting, requiring you to update your voter list.

Start by accessing a vote, and updating your voter list. Then, from the dashboard:

• Find the vote with the voter list you wish to copy
• Select the checkbox to the left of the vote and a menu will appear
• Select 'Copy voter list to...'

• Select the motions to transfer the voter list to:

• Select 'Submit' and the voter lists for the selected motions will be updated.

Repeat this process throughout your meeting to ensure the voter list is up to date.
