The Results Center allows you to share voting results publicly in a central location, allowing for easy results distribution for MeetingVotes, organizations that run several votes, and more.
Share the Results Center link with voters by email or add it to your website or member portal.
Share the Results Center link
The Results Center can be found in the Organizations menu under the “Results Center Tab”.
- From the "Account" menu select "Organizations".
- Choose Edit for the organization you are using for your meeting:
- Select the Results Center tab.
- Copy the link under "Results Page URL"
Customize the Results Center
You can customize the Results Center in the following ways:
- Organization Logo: Displayed at the top of the Results Page. Add, Edit, or replace the logo as needed.
- Results Page URL: Link for voters to access the Results Page. Edit the URL, and use the Copy button to share the link with voters.
- Enter a Results Page Title, and Results Page Directions to help guide the voters.
- Select votes and use the arrows (< >) to move votes between "Votes Not Shared", and "Vote Shared". Votes can be moved between the two boxes.
- All votes listed under "Votes Shared" will be accessible to voters from the Result Page.
- Select Save.
- Open the Result Page to view the vote results being displayed to voters.
- After accessing the Results Page link, select "View" to see the results of each vote.
Using the Results Center to Share Results with Other Administrators
If you have multiple votes to share with another administrator, utilize the Results Center to share them in one space, making results sharing during a meeting easier.
- In your votes, set Voter’s Access to Results to “Voter’s can’t view - Administrators only” so voters cannot view the Results before they are allowed
- Set Administrator’s Access to Results to “Anytime after voting starts”
- Add votes to the Results Center
- Share the Results Center link with the administrator
In order to view the Results Center link, the administrator must be a formal additional administrator and logged into their ElectionBuddy account
